Code of Conduct
Sedona Technologies has an excellent reputation for conducting its business activities with integrity, fairness, and in accordance with the highest ethical standards. Our employees enjoy the benefits of that reputation and are obligated to uphold it in every business activity. This document is intended to serve as a guide as no code or policy can anticipate every situation that may arise.
Forced or Involuntary Labor
Sedona Technologies will not use forced or involuntary labor of any type (e.g. forced, bonded, indentured or involuntary prison labor); employment is at-will.
Child Labor
Sedona Technologies will not use child labor. The term child refers to any person employed under the age of 15 (or 14 where the law of the country permits
Wages and Benefits
Sedona Technologies, at a minimum, will comply with all applicable wage and hour laws and regulations, including those relating to minimum wages; overtime hours, piece rates and other elements of compensation, and provide legally mandated benefits.
Working Hours
Sedona Technologies will not exceed prevailing local work hours and will appropriately compensate overtime in accordance with federal and state wage and hour regulations.
Nondiscrimination
Sedona Technologies will not discriminate in hiring and employment practices on grounds of race, religion, age, nationality, social or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or expression, marital status, pregnancy, political affiliation, or disability.
Freedom of Association
Sedona Technologies respects the legal rights of employees and maintains effective employee communication as a means of promoting positive employee relations.
Health and Safety
Sedona Technologies will provide their employees with a safe and healthy workplace in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Sedona Technologies expects employees to obey safety rules and to exercise caution in all work activities.
Protection of the Environment
Sedona Technologies will operate in a manner that is protective of the environment. At a minimum, Sedona Technologies will comply with all applicable environmental laws, regulations and standards.

Sedona Technologies will comply with all laws, regulations, and any other legal requirements applicable to our business.
Ethical Dealings
Sedona Technologies will conduct business in accordance with the highest ethical standards. Sedona Technologies will strictly comply with all laws and regulations on bribery, corruption and prohibited business practices.
Conflict of Interest
Sedona Technologies employees have an obligation to conduct business within guidelines that prohibit actual or potential conflicts of interest. The purpose of these guidelines is to provide general direction so that employees can seek further clarification on issues related to the subject of acceptable standards of operation.
Communications
Sedona Technologies will communicate clear and accurate information about policies, practices, expectations and performance to workers, suppliers and customers.
Monitoring/Record Keeping
Sedona Technologies will maintain necessary documentation in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and rules.
If an employee is ever in doubt whether an activity meets our ethical standards or compromises the company’s reputation, they need to discuss it with their Director and/or Supervisor.
